Keystone Preservation Group is a consulting firm which specializes in the
conservation, preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of historic
architecture, the analysis/interpretation of historic building materials and
historic preservation planning.

We are unique in the arena of preservation consulting firms in that we provide
comprehensive preservation services in-house, from history to planning to
architectural conservation without the need for multiple contractors.  We
provide Principal level expertise with every service we offer.  Having worked
together for more than a decade, Chris Frey and Shelby Weaver Splain have a
proven track record of working successfully as a team to offer clients the
